Sekilas tentang Mery Celeste,

Setelah satu tahun absen dalam bermusik, kini Mery Celeste kembali hadir dengan nuansa terbaru. Mery Celeste sendiri mulai berdiri pada tahun 2013. Nama Mery Celeste dipilih oleh RifqiDanu sang vokalis, diambil dari nama kapal dua tiang jenis pengangkut kargo yang dikenal hilang dan ditemukan di samudera atlantik. Nama ini membawa arti tersendiri bahwa pendengar akan merasa terbawa hanyut terombang ambing kedalam kenikmatan musik yang kami bawakan. Mery Celeste terdiri dari RifqiDanu (Vocal), Rasit (Lead Guitar), Intan (Guitar, Key), Iqbal (Drum), dan Ahmad (Bass). Dengan aliran BritishPop kini Mery Celeste telah meluncurkan single pertama pada tahun 2015 yang menjadi senjata pertamanya dengan judul “Orange”. Mery Celeste membawakan pesan dalam bentuk bermusik bahwa selayaknya para musisi yang akan terus eksis untuk bekerja ikhlas menghibur dan berkarya, karena dengan karya mereka lah yang bisa menjadikan sejarah baru atau inventarisasi karya berupa lagu untuk anak cucu kita nanti.
